* Having gone it alone with spectacular results on the first two releases on this brand new imprint Flip Audio, Zen enlists the help of Ganja Recordings Crystal Clear in the guise of CC Dubs for this huge third release, and the meeting of these two dancefloors dons on one release definitely spells double trouble.
* Zen follows up Shoot Em Up and Dark Em Up with the aptly titled Beat Em Up, and there is no denying that this track is a bass assault on the ears. Having gained massive support as the opening track on a UNCZ (Skibadee, MC Fun
and Harry Shotta) Podcast back at the end of 2008 this track has been in demand ever since. A classic Zen intro with frantic strings, slowly rising fxs and bass samples bring the tune to lift off. The tough beats roll into the drop as the bass bounces and a jump up right hook lands the killer blow.
* CC Dubs aka Crystal Clear is hot property at the moment, a huge collaboration on Ganja Recordings with Cabbie, a slew of remixes of jungle classics and now this cheeky dancefloor roller for Zen. All Dat kicks off with 1950s thriller
movie horns on the intro spelling imminent danger, before a vocal snippet brush$aside any fears the listener has and combines a solid rolling bass with rave stabs and tight snappy beats.
