Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Prices are not subject to additional VAT...The price you see is what you pay!  We accept all major Credit/ Debit cards. Cards are processed on HSBC's or PayPal's secure servers, so you can have 100% peace of mind about your online security. You don't need an account to check out with either of these servers. The HSBC server also provides 'Mastercard SecureCode' & 'Verfied By Visa' services if you have those implemeted on your card.If you are shopping from the USA for example or anywhere else Worldwide, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.If you'd like to check the value of your cart in your own currency please click here for a currency convertor Paypal Payments & SurchargesPayment can be made using Paypal (with a charge to cover Paypal Fees)- Select the Paypal payment method in the checkout & the charge will be automatically added to the total at the end of the cart. The Charge is 10% for under £10, 8% for over £10 & 5% for over £50.There is no surcharge for using the HSBC PSP.If you prefer, payment can also be made with no additional surcharge by direct Bank Transfer to our account. Please give us notice that you intend to pay by this method via e-mail after you have placed a 'Pay by Bank Transfer' order & we will supply the bank & related information required.Orders can be paid for by Post using either Cheque, Cash, Postal Order or International Money Orders made out to £pounds only (Non Sterling payment won't be accepted). There is no surcharge for these services. If you are sending cash through the post please send by recorded delivery for piece of mind. All Payments must clear before we can dispatch the order. Pre Order Conditions We cannot be held responsible in any way for any changes in the details of the vinyl/CD that occur between the preorder & release stages- this includes any track changes, titling or cat code, or design changes the label may make. Preorder items will be billed individually for post and each item sent seperately as soon as they are released or, if it's a promo preorder, when it comes in on promo/ live release. StockWe try to keep as many items as possible in stock but, because we offer such a large range of products, items do occasionally fall out of stock. We rely on distributors to fill in the gaps in our stock. In the event of item/s being out of stock we will try to order from the supplier and if they havn't any left then an email will be sent to let you know which tunes are out of stock/ unavailable and ask if you'd prefer replacement/s or a refund for the item/s. If no answer is received in a reasonable amount of time we will automatically refund you for the item and send any remaining items. TroubleshootingIf you are having problems with the cart, for instance listening to tunes only to find your cart emptied, check that your Security Settings are set to medium in your browser & that Cookies are allowed because this is how the system stores the cart information. For more info on how to accept cookies go to http://www.microsoft.com/info/cookies.htm..You can use the 'Save Cart' button in the cart page if you want to return later to complete your order.If you are having problems hearing the tunes make sure that you are using Real Player or Windows Media Player as your default device as Quicktime player will not respond well to the MP3's and may jam. If you don't see the button links to the MP3's try refreshing the page. If there is an MP3 link with the Soundclip missing please let us know and we will do what we can to remedy it.N.B. the website uses JavaScript to generate the images which link to the MP3s. Some customers with high security settings which prevent JavaScript may not be able to view these link buttons. In this case you will need to type 'www.mirage2000records.co.uk/acatalog/' followed by the cat code of the tune you want to hear, and then type '.mp3'. If you are using IE and can't see the links try clicking the 'Allow Blocked Content' strip on the top bar.Please let us know if you have any issues or encounter any problems when using the site. |
| Shipping And HandlingShipping costs are based on weight - the charge is calculated using Royal Mail's weight-to-cost system.Orders are sent in Sturdy 12" Mailers or Boxes dependant on the size of the order.You have the choice of adding 2 Cardboard Stiffeners (Cost 30p) to your cart for added stability.We ship worldwide & this is again calculated by weight, and the cost varies by country. Most items are shipped by Royal Mail's International Airmail/ Airmail Recorded or Airsure (High Speed) services.Larger International Orders of more than 2kg (8 records) are sent in separate parcels of up to 2kg each for example: a 5.0 KG order (20 records) would be sent in 3 separate parcels (each one recorded if that service is specified). Large Equipment Orders eg DJ Record Boxes/ Bags are sent using Parcel Force 24HR/ or International High Speed services.Please contact us if you need a quote for Shipping cost to your destination- please include how many records (in 12"'s) you wish to order. Although the Standard 1st/2nd Mail & Airmail options are cheaper we recommend using the Recorded Services to cover yourself in case of loss. | Delivery ScheduleDelivery times depend upon the method of payment (payments must clear before we dispatch any orders), the delivery option selected, and the delivery location. As soon as payment is received and cleared/authorised, the item(s) will be packed as soon as possible and dispatched. If you do not receive your item/s within 28 days then please contact us at- info@mirage2000records.co.uk.As guidance for UK postage, 1st Class Parcels are normally delivered within 3 working days and 2nd Class within 5 working days. Please Note: We reserve the right to adjust delivery times if an item is unavailable and/or has to be ordered from the distributers and/or a reply is not received to an Emailed question posed by us.All heavier equipment is sent using Parcel Force's high speed services & are covered by up to £150 insurance.With Parcel Force Deliveries- Each item is invoiced seperately for postage from other products in you cart and will be sent out to you seperately from the any other items, for example, vinyl or CDs you may order. All equipment orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will be packed and sent the same day.Equipment Delivery in the UK is by Parcel Force's 24Hr Service- delivery next working day.European equipment orders are sent using Parcel Force's Euro48 and will be delivered within 2 working days & deliveries for the Rest of the World are sent using Parcel Force's International Scheduled (High Speed) service and will be delivered to most locations within 5 days. 'Lost In Post' ItemsSome of our delivery options are covered by insurance - amounts are detailed above: Please contact us in the event of a missing parcel and we will file the claim with Royal Mail. Please Note Royal Mail only considers items lost after 15 working days from dispatch for the UK or 21 working days for international deliveries.Please allow 28 days for all deliveries (UK & International) due to possible Customs and other delays out of our control before contacting us at info@mirage2000records.co.uk.We will do our best to trace your package if lost, however non-recorded items are not covered for any insurance & are therefore non-refundable. With larger or more valuable parcels we recommend using the recorded services.In the event of a loss of Recorded items- the items, or the value of the items, will be replaced/ refunded by up to the cost of the order or the maximum amount insured whichever is less & is dependant on the level of cover offered by Royal Mail (see above for details). Import Duties It is not our policy to refund or pay for any Import Duties that may be incurred while going through your country's Customs. |
| Back OrdersIf an item is unavailable for any reason we can put it on to back order for you to be sent when we get more from the supplier. An additional postage payment may be required to send your Back orderd item on separately. |
Credit Card SecurityAll credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our Payment Service Provider. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your details are not passed on to anyone else and no Credit Card details are stored on our computers. We are fully PCI DSS Compliant. | Returns PolicyIf your order is damaged, incomplete, or if you receive any mis-packed item(s), please call us on the number above or email (sales@mirage2000records.co.uk), then return the package to the address above as soon as possible (14 days max) with a note explaining the descrepancy. A full refund will be made on receipt of the complete returned package, if a replacement is not available. |
