Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Prices are not subject to additional VAT...The price you see is what you pay!

We accept all major Credit/ Debit cards. Cards are processed on HSBC's or PayPal's secure servers, so you can have 100% peace of mind about your online security. You don't need an account to check out with either of these servers. The HSBC server also provides 'Mastercard SecureCode' & 'Verfied By Visa' password services if you have those implemeted on your card.

If you are shopping from the USA for example or anywhere else Worldwide, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Payments & Surcharges

Payment can be made using PayPal with a surcharge of:

£1 Set Charge for Below £10

8% for Below £50

5% for Over £50

Payment can be made using the HSBC PSP with a surcharge of 35p for transactions of under £5

but there is No Surcharge for transactions over £5.

Please note: In order to protect ourselves from fraud & qualify for PayPal Seller protection that if you are making a payment of over £50 via PayPal that your PayPal delivery address must be 'Confirmed''.

If you prefer, payment can be made with no additional surcharge by direct electronic Bank Transfer to our account. Please give us notice that you intend to pay by this method via e-mail after you have placed a 'Pay by Bank Transfer' order & we will supply the bank & related information required. Note: International Bank Transfers cannot be refunded by Bank Transfer as this costs too much- refunds on Bank Transfers from abroad can only be made via Paypal or by posted cash.

If you'd like to pay Cash directly into our bank account please add a 2% Paying in Fee to your total.

Orders can also be paid for by Post (please contact us via Email for our Address) using either Cheque, Cash, Postal Order or International Money Orders made out to £pounds only (Non Sterling payment won't be accepted). There is a 2% surcharge for these services. If you are sending cash through the post please send by recorded delivery for piece of mind. All Payments must clear before we can dispatch your order.

Digital Download Items must be paid for using HSBC or Paypal only- no other payment methods for downloads are accepted.

Pre Order Conditions

We cannot be held responsible in any way for any changes in the details of the vinyl/ CD that occur between the preorder & release stages- this includes any track changes, titling or cat code, or design changes the label may make.

Stock

We try to keep as many items as possible in stock but, because we offer such a large range of products, items do occasionally fall out of stock. We rely on distributers to fill in the gaps in our stock. In the event of item/s being out of stock we will try to order from the supplier and if they havn't any left then an email will be sent to let you know which products are out of stock/ unavailable and ask if you'd prefer replacement/s or a refund for the item/s. If no answer is received in a reasonable amount of time we will automatically refund you for the item and send any remaining items.

Troubleshooting

If you are having problems hearing the tunes make sure that you are using Real Player or Windows Media Player as your default external device as Quicktime player will not respond well to the MP3's and may jam. If you don't see the button links to the MP3's try refreshing the page. Alternatively, use our built-in player by clicking the round play button.

If you see dotted borders around buttons or links it is probably because your viewing the site in compatibility mode in IE. You can disable this in your browser under tools> compatibility settings. The site is designed to work in most common browsers but there may be some discrepancies with the display in browsers other than IE such as Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc- for example the Carousel not displaying or misalignment of the MP3 buttons- we are aware of these problems and are working on fixes for them.

Back Orders

If an item is unavailable for any reason we can put it on to back order for you to be sent when we get more from the supplier. An additional postage payment may be required to send your Back ordered item on seperately.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our Payment Service Provider. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your details are not passed on to anyone else and no Credit Card details are stored on our computers.

We are fully PCI DSS Compliant.

All credit/debit card orders are dealt with by HSBC or Paypal. http://www.hsbc.com or www.paypal.com both of which have the 'Golden Padlock' level of Security and are trusted Worldwide.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart & your address if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. No details of your Card is stored. Returns Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to us within 7 working days and we will issue a refund on receipt. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your order within the 7 working day period or where the goods are faulty / incorrectly supplied and a refund is made.

•The items are your responsibility until they are recieved by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods in case of loss.

•The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

•Items must be returned in the original packaging.

•Items must be unused/ undamaged.

Faulty / Incorrect items

If your order is damaged, incomplete or you receive any mis-packed item(s) please call us or email then return the package to us as soon as possible (30 days max) with a note explaining the descrepancy. A full refund will be made on receipt of the complete returned package, if a replacement is not available.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
