A 2 x CD package is divided into two sides: an uptempo side and a downtempo one, totalling in 22 tracks. The 2 x CDs present drum and bass, downtempo and something in between. Fanu’s trademark eerie and cinematic soundscapes – as well as quality breakworks – are the theme throughout the album, and there are some vocal tracks as well featuring Gigi (the wife of the worldrenowned bass player and producer, Bill Laswell, with whom Fanu has been collaborating recently).The 3 x 12” presents the most dancefloor cuts of the bunch: 5 DnB tracks, one downtempo.This multi-faceted album proves that Fanu is a producer and an artist capable of doing multiple styles for both home stereo as well as the club soundsystems, always keeping the music deep and the breaks rolling!
