Fresh artist Kali blends up a Liquid Drum & Bass smoothie for Outta London Records, rolling, funky breaks and warm, soothing bass are the order of the day on 'Tokyo' and the whole package is topped off with a sprinkle of horn section magic. BCee and man of the moment Lomax team up once again for the remix on the flipside, and as usual they manage to retain all of the class of 'Tokyo' and yet make it all their own. Beefed up beats, bass and a smattering of extra musicality lend themselves perfectly to Kali's original.
