Fresh from releases on Metalheadz, Horizons, 31 Records and Creative Source, Canada’s Mutt joins the Intrinsic stable with two classic sounding tunes that showcase yet another dimension to the Intrinsic palette. Coming in the style of Good Looking at its peak, “Credence” opens with soothing atmospherics and washes of warming aural pleasure before the clattering breaks (that Mutt’s well known for) come crashing in, a modern take on a classic sound. With “Sharon’s Song” classic vibes prevail once again. We’re not sure who Sharon is or where she’s from, but by the sounds of this dedication tune she’s a big fan of Metalheadz. Bleeps and bloops combine with a well known vocal hook and Mutt’s inimitable breakbeat cut ups to bring you a killer AA side.
