Pascal’s classic Serious Sounds gets a wicked re-working from Friction & Nu Balance, two mixes are included here and both stick to the original flava nicely while beefing it up for the dance floors. Side one features Friction’s mix and features a rolling amen workout while the bass riff is slightly filtered up to give it a bubbling groove for the clubs. On the flip Friction is joined by partner Nu Balance and this time a heavier chopped up drum gives way to a much heavier Reese bassline and a stab that is reminiscent of their own Bogeyman track that featured on True Playaz earlier this year.
