Hazard- LR021 (London Republic) Hazard- LR021 (London Republic)
It’s been a while since we’ve seen Public Demand’s underground label London Republic surface to the jungle masses, when you hear this you’ll agree it’s been a wait worth holding out for.

Hazard, now becoming a regular attendee for the releases, steps up again with what is arguably his best effort for the label to date with a double sided, hard hitting smasher. The main sample hook on both sides is an instantly recognisable melody taken from highly saturated telecoms advert, used to perfection in Hazard’s eminent style. On the A side it’s used simply tee things up for a gut wrenching battering of a bass-line, not dissimilar from the style used in the absolutely massive “Bubbles”. On the double A the VIP re-working longs out the intro a bit more, bringing Hazard archetypal block rocking beats through underneath the dropping into a jump up frenzy, instant smash, instant hit.

Another killer 12” from the boy wonder and another great release for Jimmy and the boys. Essential!
