When asked of the concept behind "Dark Times - Desperate Measures" jay explains. "I'm possibly a little bit paranoid. I have fear for the direction our planet is heading. Not just for myself, but for my son, I mean what kind of world are we leaving for our kids? Jay goes on to say "The world has spun out of control, and thats pretty much the vibe behind the album. Humanity needs to start taking Desperate Measures to curb the dark times were living in. The vocal tracks on the album talk about the things that are not only important to me and my friends, but evident in todays societyThe album artwork plays a major role in helping people understand what im trying to express and does it in a disturbingly beautiful kind of way. The water theme depicts the direct consequence of global warming. Each 12" cover symbolizes cause and effect. Effects that are now nearly unavoidable.
