Vinyl orders are sent in 12" Mailers or Secure Boxes (larger orders) to ensure safe arrival of your tunes. Stiffeners can be added to your vinyl/ cd order for extra stability at 30p per pair (link in cart)

UK DJ Equipment/ Bags Postage Costs

Lighter DJ Bags & Equipment including some Headphones are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Services and cost is dependant on the weight of the item & viewable in the cart at checkout.

Heavier, bulkier or higher value DJ Eqpt, Cases, Bags & some Headphones are sent using High Speed DPD Courier services.

UK Mainland 24Hr Courier delivery is only £7.99. This is a set charge so if you order multiple courier shipping items together the 24Hr delivery charge will remain at only £7.99 inc VAT.

UK Mainland 24HR Courier Delivery is FREE if you spend over £100 on any Courier shipping items!

*All equipment orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri will be packed and sent the same day (excl Bank Holidays).

*Please note: Some non-Mainland UK addresses (eg Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands) may require an additional payment for Courier Delivery after the order has been placed. Typically, shipping is £18 inc VAT for up to 15kg going to Northern Ireland.

Most Clothing, Footwear, Watches, Sunglasses, Helmets, Goggles, Headwear & Accessories are sent using Royal Mail Services.

*The RM Airsure Service is not available to some countries.

*Because of the variations in size/ weight of items & their destinations & to take into account fuel surcharges etc- large equipment items being sent internationally may incur an additional charge for shipping/ handling on top of that charged by the site initially. We will contact you by email shortly after the order has been placed if any additional payment is required to get the item to you.

*We reserve the right to adjust delivery times if an item is unavailable and/or has to be ordered from the distributers and/or a reply is not received to an Emailed question posed by us.

*Please allow 28 days delivery on all orders before contacting us.

We will do our best to trace your package, if lost, however, non-recorded items are not covered for any insurance & are therefore non-refundable. With larger or more valuable parcels we recommend using the recorded services.

In the event of a loss of Recorded items- the items, or the value of the items, will be replaced/ refunded by up to the cost of the order or the maximum amount insured whichever is less & is dependant on the level of cover offered by Royal Mail (see above for details).

Import Duties

We do not refund or pay for any Import Duties that may be incurred while going through your country's Customs.
