Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us then return the item(s) within 7 working days and we will issue a refund on receipt. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your order within the 7 working day period.•The items are your responsibility until they are recieved by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods in case of loss.•The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility in all cases.•Items must be returned in the original packaging.•Items must be unused/ unworn/ undamaged. If the item is not in re-saleable condition the refund will not be made.•Sales on all Audio products is final- We cannot cancel orders for Vinyl/ CD or Digital Download products once the order has been placed.Faulty / Incorrect itemsIf your order is damaged, incomplete or you receive any mis-packed item(s) please call us or email then return the package to us as soon as possible (30 days max) with a note explaining the descrepancy.
