Do I need an account to order?

No, you can complete any order without an account.

Do your Prices Include VAT?

Prices are not subject to additional VAT...The price you see is what you pay!

What Card Payments do you accept?

We accept all major Credit/ Debit cards. Cards are processed on HSBC's or PayPal's secure servers. You don't need an account to check out with either of these servers. In some cases a surcharge maybe payable- please click here for details.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes- just call us on (+44) 1626 354514 with your order & card details.

Can I pay by Bank Transfer?

Yes, Payment can be made with no additional surcharge by direct Bank Transfer to our account. Please give us notice that you intend to pay by this method via e-mail after you have placed a 'Pay by Bank Transfer' order & we will supply the bank & related information required. Note: International Bank Transfers cannot be refunded by Bank Transfer- refunds on bank payments from abroad can only be made via Paypal or by post.

Can I pay by another method?

Yes, Orders can be paid for by Post using either Cheque, Cash, Postal Order or International Money Orders made out to £pounds only (Non Sterling payment won't be accepted). There is no surcharge for these services. If you are sending cash through the post please send by recorded delivery for piece of mind. All Payments must clear before we can dispatch your order. You can pay cash into our Bank Account over the counter but please be advised that a 2% Surcharge must be added when paying by this method. Digital Download Items must be paid for instantly using HSBC or Paypal only- no other payment methods for downloads are accepted.

Are my Card Details Secure?

Yes, All credit/ debit card orders are dealt with by HSBC or Paypal both of which have the 'Golden Padlock' level of Security and are trusted Worldwide. No Credit Card details are stored on our computers.

We are fully PCI DSS Compliant.

I'm buying from Overseas, can I find out the total in my currency?

How do I Listen to Tunes?

There are two buttons for listening to the tunes on the site:

This button plays the MP3 in our built in player which is useful if you are using a laptop for example or don't have your own player. This player will continue to play all of the music on the current page, you can jump to the item currently playing by hitting the crosshair button in the player. Note: This play button may not function after using the 'sort by' dropdown but you can choose to either play in your own player or reload the page to re-enable the player.

This button will open the MP3 in your own Media Player eg Real Player or Windows Media Player (Quicktime Player is not recommended for our MP3s). This will allow Browsing of the site whilst listening to tunes.

How Do Pre-Orders work?

Pre-order items are billed individually for P&P seperate from any normal items you may order and each pre-order item will be sent out to you seperately as soon as they are released or, if it's a promo preorder, when it comes in on promo/ live release.

If two or more pre-order items are released at the same time they will be sent together.

What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

In the unlikely event of item/s being out of stock we will try to order from the supplier and if they havn't any left then an email will be sent to let you know which products are out of stock/ unavailable and ask if you'd prefer replacement/s or a refund for the item/s. If no answer is received in a reasonable amount of time we will automatically refund you for the item and send any remaining items.

What happens if I receive incorrect items or items damaged in post?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete or you receive any mis-packed item/s or are unhappy for any reason please call us on 01626 354514 or email then return the package to us as soon as possible (7 days max) with a note explaining the descrepancy. A full refund will be made on receipt of the complete returned package, if a replacement is not available.
